"The old entrance facing the front of the main street is now closed so you go through the back and exit there at the same time. Came here for only one thing - in and out. My item was around $19 so when the cashier told me that my total was $47, I had to ask him to repeat it. I insisted I thought the price where I took it from indicated only half the price he was quoting. I saw him scan it ‘though so I politely mentioned that it could have also been returned from a different area by a customer. He double checked the item, then true enough, my total only came up to around $20 with tax. No apologies for charging me double, but I understand that it must have been a long day for him and it was almost closing time when I arrived. It’s interesting that when I’m mentally present at the counter, there is almost always a discrepancy not specifically in Best Buy, but anywhere. So I have been paying (no pun intended) more attention during the checkout process because I don’t want to part with money more so than what’s needed."
