"First time at this branch. I'm brown and have a south asian accent. An awful cashier called Norm was checking me out and asked me if I can read English when I was trying to check out then said very slowly and over enunciating "ok now look and read the screen carefully ok?". Unfortunately for me my card got declined and flagged the payment when I was trying to get cash back because I just moved to a different state. So he told me to try a different store then proceeded to tell every white person around (including customers and a white friend of mine who was behind him) that I was using a stolen card. It made me sick to my stomach and put me in danger. Whole foods, train your people better! Too nasty."

"I have lived in San Jose for 18 years and I like to buy my fruits and vegetables in different places every 2 or 3 days so that they are always fresh. As we live 5 minutes from the area, we are going to have coffee after lunch and I take the opportunity to do my shopping at Whole Food. Outside there are always interesting offers and when entering a good selection of plants and flowers, I have several succulents from there for my collection. The staff is super helpful, the few times that I need help I quickly found someone to guide me, who in general is a person with a look of a hippie chic with colorful air and tattoos."
