Kohl's

"I returned several things at this Kohl’s location last year, and the store took my items, but never gave me my refund amount. I have been calling customer service for a year, and I have spoken with ten different people, but no one is helping. They always say I have to wait a week or two and then nothing happens, and then I have to call back and start explaining from the beginning. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said no one is available to help me. I tried getting helping through Kohl’s Facebook and someone started to help me and then they stopped too. I have been a customer of Kohl’s for over 20 years, and this is not how I expected to be treated."

"Best sales. I have actually walked out of the store with clothes not having paid a dime for it - their sales are that good ! I actually felt guilty for all the benefits they give me - 30% off with Kohl’s card, and additional sale prices off at the same check out. Absolutely amazing. More selections on-line website, and even more discounts there, i.e. usual additional 20% off, so with card and that = 50% off right there! "Kohl's is not a millennial store but they do have the coolest socks and the softest underwear. I love my cat socks, they have great presents for the loved ones and a Sephora that is not packed at all. They have all the items that they offered on the website and even some that Santana Row didn't, it's like an underground store and I love them for that."
