"I was greeted by Lauren! She is the spa manager and is the most welcoming human I’ve ever met! Golden retriever energy in the best way! Emily did my sugaring service!!! Which I have tried hard waxing and had been doing that since about 2017! Sugar waxing with Emily was a breeze’! The whole atmosphere and vibe of the spa is literally the bees knees’. Chichi the dog will also accept payments in belly rubs/pats! Best experience hands down!"
