"The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and I was happy with the services I received. The reasons I rated it 4 instead of 5 are twofold. 1. It's still too soon to tell if the treatments will help me lose weight. 2. Parking is a nightmare. Especially for someone on a cane. But that can be said for any Down town business."

"I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences here. The staff is always accommodating, genuinely warm/friendly, and prompt. I’ve never had to wait more than a few seconds for an appointment to begin. I’ve never felt embarrassed or discouraged to discuss my skin concerns. In fact, it’s the opposite. They truly listen and patiently help me plan every single time. Mahala is excellent! I always leave feeling better about any cosmetic issues. She’s happy to chat or give a relaxing quiet session based on what you need that day. She has an answer for every question and although some of it is out of my depth, she always helps me understand and plan to reach my goals. I’m so busy and forgetful but their app and reminder system make sure I can get in when I need to and never miss an appointment. The office is inviting and homey while still having a professional tone. The prices are great, especially with my package. I waited a couple of months to review so I could be honest and thorough. I won’t be trying anywhere else any time soon. Do not sleep on Old City Medspa. Worth every dime."
