"I visited on yesterday afternoon and had a great customer experience! The lady who assisted had a similar 3B coily hair texture to mine. She had extremely helpful knowledge about porous hair and which products were best for my hair. She even made sure my niece and I had their new free samples so we could try new products, which I shared that I like doing. She answered every question clearly and was very helpful. She truly reminded me of that old time customer service that many stores have lost. She definitely made the experience pleasant and one to remember! I definitely recommend visting this store!"

"This is the place I buy all my hair products: colors, shampoo, conditioner, etc. They have great prices. The employees are always very helpful and nice. The store was cleaner than normal on the day I visited. Great Store!"

"They have a lot of what you need, and the workers are usually really nice! The manager, however, is horrid. She is there quite often, and has the worst energy. She is short with you, and seems irritated if you ask her for help. She also won’t tell you that the bags are now 15 cents when you check out; you have to catch it or remember to not get one. There was a lady in front of me once, and it was clear English was her second language and she was a bit confused about some things. This manager had zero patience for her, and didn’t tell her that the bags cost 15 cents. I get that the manager’s aspiration in life probably wasn’t to be the manager of a Sally’s. But customers have nothing to do with that."

"I asked if the front desk lady could price match an item that they had online. The lady told me she could not price match with Sally’s website, and that she would have to honor the promo( in which she didn’t). I called three other stores and made sure they could do the same and they did just so. The front desk lady was very rude with the a smart attitude. I’ve never had customer service like this before, I am very disappointed."
