"Been here once and loved the results, however, second time around was a completely different outcome. The lady at chair #5 rush through the entire thing. At one point it actually hurt while she was filing my nails, don’t even know how you can do that. Last time I was charged around $60 for the same style of nails I got, but this time it was around $70. I don’t mind paying that amount for a full set, however, when there’s a part of your thumb nail that’s missing color and the shape is crooked.. come on now. Don’t know if she was in a rush to leave or something, but do better. Won’t be back."

"Everyone was so nice and will help you decide what you might like. My technician did a great job and was very gentle. The technician that put my shamrock on my finger did an excellent job. I will be back."

"Get into the nailsss! The environment was so nice and the people were as well. Jolie did her big one on the nails as usual. I love them, it gave the Christmas vibe I wanted. I also got a pedi and it looks gooddd. Will definitely be back for my girl Jolie though!"

"I was offered a seat immediately and asked for acrylic with gel and glitter on the base with a gradient towards to tip of the nail. The only redeemable part of this experience was the conversation being had with a client and the nail tech beside me. Otherwise, my mail tech wasn’t the kindest or more enthusiastic about her work. I asked for round and received what I thought was oval. Fine - it looked okay enough. She was REALLY rough with the drill. Burnt me twice. I have both gel polish and acrylic cured to my skin (literally on my finger, not even my cuticle.) The gold glitter gradient I wanted was merely a glob of gold on the base of the nail and is a straight line effect. Once all was said and done, I was charged for acrylic with a $20 upcharge for gel (at $70) with AN ALMOND COFFIN UPCHARGE, and “nail design.” $25 of this experience were overcharges and false advertisement of pricing. I didn’t have the time or the patience to get this corrected. Typical hole in the wall nail establishment with mediocre skills and hyperinflated pricing. If I wanted to spend this much, I’d have gone to the Noire Nail Bar where at least I know I’ll get what I ask for."

"I had a really great experience the staff were very friendly and they offered me a drink while I’m getting my nails done. Jolie and her mother Kim did an amazing job on my nails. Kim shaped them while Jolie drew the design and she did an amazing job too and was always trying to find the better option for me. Over all I’d definitely go there and be a regular customer w them."
