"I seem to always have the worst experience here. I arrived at the store at 7:30 pm, thirty minutes before they closed. I was the next person to go up to the register and I could see that they only had one person checking people out. After waiting about 7min I started to see a line form of about 5 people behind me. The customer in front of me was having issues with her account and was talking about 20 min to process her payment. A young lady with blond dreads and another green hair employee walked to the register. I expected them to jump on a register to help alleviate the line that had formed but they instead spent the next 5 minutes talking employee banter. At this point I was tapping a pencil sharpener that I was about to buy on the counter out of anxiety. I have terrible public anxiety and I was trying to contain my feelings of discomfort. Usually I have a fidget toy to help sooth my anxiety but I had forgotten it that day. I think this may have annoyed the employees. I could see that they were moving at the speed of a drunk turtle out of annoyance. When they finally opened up another register I approached with nerves and the employee with blond nappy dreads greeted me with a “phone number!” to which I responded “I don’t want to disclose that”. I was taken aback by her attitude and asked “Is it necessary for me to give you my number?”. The sweet young lady wearing the hijab next to her kindly replied that it would help with refunds but it was not necessary. The girl with nappy blond dreads checking me out then replied “phone number please!”, I once again repeated myself and told her that I did not want to disclose that. I checked out and told her to have a nice day and walked out. Although it may be the end of day you don’t have to be lazy, rude, and condescending. If you don’t want to work there then by all means find yourself another job. No need to take it out on the customers. This is not the first time I’ve been met with a rude attitude at this location and it will not be the last. I hope they either get new management or maybe take a customer service course. I would like to point out that the young lady who wore the hijab and the young lady with purple hair stocking items were in fact kind to me but there is always one girl that has to ruin it for everyone. Update 2-2-2024: After emailing back and forth with their customer service reps. They ended up ghosting me. It’s funny to see that their crappy customer service is the same across the board. This will in fact be the last time. I rather walk barefoot on glass than ever have to see those nasty little girls at this store. :)"

"I went to this location to return perfume. The young lady that started my return was really sweet. The manager Amber, walked over to see if they had the size I wanted. She did inform me that she was going to check the back. I waited and I saw her go to the front so I was thinking okay maybe she forgot about me. When she heard me she said she didn’t forget and that they were out of the bigger size. I then informed her at that moment that it was okay I have another one that I wanted instead. She said okay, so again I waited. I then see her pass me once again chatting with seems to be a friend of hers. So I ended up grabbing someone else to help me. Amber was not professional at all. I felt ignored and that taking care of her friend was more important. I work in customer service and I’ve had friends and family come to my job and never have I stopped helping the customer that I was already dealing with to chat and help them. This is a poor representation of a manager. Please do better."

"I saw Cassandra in the salon & she was the best stylist I’ve ever had. From her professional consultation, to her color matching, her product recommendations & how gentle she was with my hair - genuinely the most gentle anyone has ever been w a blow dry. She has another loyal client added to the list. Thank you sm!!"

"I have been going to the location for years! I won’t be back! I walked into the store, upon arrival I was meet with dirty looks, I did have a mask on, but everyone, every where is coughing, not taking any chances. One of the older ladies (manager, I assume )told an employee to watch/follow me around the store. I came in to get face care for my daughter, who sent me a picture of what she needed. Then upon check out ,after giving the employee my number, she asked for the pronunciation of my name on my own account! It was given very racial vibes! I drove about 15-20 mints to get there, because this location had what I needed. On my way home I noticed there is a Ulta at Tanger, this will be my new store!"

"Was quite a big store with lots of items, however I took stars because due to the fact that I could not find a compact with a highlighter, bronzer and blush all in one and Walmart had that. I was just in shock that is not available there. However, the people working there were wonderful and were very helpful, so they are the reason for any stars."
