"The hairstylist, Cynthia, was physically and verbally abusive towards my 84 year old Mother. My Mother had headaches after she was purposely rough while styling her hair and pulled some of her hair out. The stylist spoke to my Mother in a very aggressive way throughout the process. She allowed the water to get all over my Mother and even damaged her hearing aids. Because of my Mothers age, she was afraid to say something at the time."
"The staff was super nice! They no longer have a public restroom, but my 4 years old had to go and they allowed her to go. Then she bumped her head and she told one of the ladies. She told her it would be okay and gave her a hug. She was okay. I truly appreciate them for allowing my Trin to feel welcome. Oh, the store was well organized and they had what I needed.
