"I had been getting laser hair removal treatment at Mrs. Sues Med Spa for 3 months. When I had arrived for my next hair removal appointment they informed me that their laser had been out for a few weeks. They did not call or text to allow time for me to find another spa as laser hair removal is time sensitive. I had to start my treatment over at a new spa. They did not offer a refund, and as a result I lost over $600 dollars. Very unprofessional!!"
