I have never been disappointed in anything I've bought and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I save $100 by buying an ear piercing kit and piercing my dqughters ears!! It is outrageous how expensive getting your ears pierced is these days."

"I like Sally’s as a store but the old lady behind the counter recommended a certain bleach/developer together that ended up being WAY too strong. It burnt my daughter’s hair off before I even finished putting it on. We were mortified…it was burning my hands through the gloves even, I immediately washed it out upon feeling the sudden burst of burning heat on my hand. NEVER listening to her advice again."

"Horrible experience the older lady working behind the counter continously called me him to the other employee that she had to ask to help me with my hair bleach questions after she had told me i was wrong and suggested i used a product not even used in hair bleach the other employee told her it was wrong thankfully cause it would have ruined my hair im not sure what her deal was but calling me male multiple times when im clearly a female and suggesting i use a product that would have ruined my hair is unacceptable"
