"TERRIBLE, got my ears pierced here and followed all the instructions. The piercing ended up going back into my ear and the doctor said it was technically a “body piercing” and the person was not qualified to do it. The earring ended up getting imbedded in my ear and they had to cut it out. Do not get piercings done at claires"

"I got 3 piercings there about a month ago and i have to say I absolutely loved my experience. The assistant manager was the one who pierced me, short curly hair and super nice. I saw a lot of reviews on how their piercings didn’t heal well and got infected. Mine have not! They healed really well, no brusing at all and there was no pain. I would 100% go back again to get my ears pierced. I got my cartilage and 2nd earlobe done. To anybody who is hesitant about going here, dont be Afraid. The staff is super nice and really helpful and fun. Overall it was such a wonderful experience!!!!!!!!!! I cannot express how happy i am with going here :)"
