"Parking is awful, but the cut is great. Honestly, I'd love to write a bad review here... I've tried to get a haircut here twice already and both times couldn't find parking. It's true, they give you a 10 minute grace period, yet somehow I still couldn't find parking in time. And yes... that means I paid for full price haircuts twice, without getting my hairs cut or a refund or credit. But today, after 20 minutes of searching for parking, and running from blocks away to get to the chair just minutes before the grace period ended, I managed to finally get my long awaited haircut from Collins and Co. Was it worth the hassle? I wish it wasn't, but yes, yes it was. Kyle took my slowly balding head of hair and molded it into a James Bond worthy look I can be proud of. I walked out of there looking at least 2x more desirable as a mate than before. Women asked for my number, men gave me the middle finger in a jealous rage, and dogs tried to abandon their owners to live with a real man worthy of being their master. If you're ready for life on "easy mode" - come get a haircut here. Just don't be a dummy like me and think you can find parking in 2 minutes. The valet across the street is probably the right move."

"Good prices, clean shop. Really odd customer service experience. Due to how messed up downtown is I was late. It was more than 10 minutes so unexpectedly they canceled my appointment. I showed up to make a new one and I asked what the late fee was. They said there was no light fee I didn't need to worry about it. But then as I was making the new appointment they said that since I already paid they were keeping the money and they wouldn't credit it towards the next appointment. So, what was that all about not having a late fee? That just didn't make any sense and I canceled the next appointment that they were making. I won't go back."

"I booked a “skin fade” appointment with Bailey for my son and she did an amazing job! I’ve had barbers at other places in Nashville rush through his appointment because he’s a kid. But Bailey took her time and took care with every little detail. My son plays baseball and loves having a haircut that makes him feel like an MLB star. He’s so happy with his new cut!"
