"$45 for a new sim and to activate it is ridiculous. My husband had to get a new phone through apple cause he broke his at work and they switched it out with apple care. This is the second time he’s had to do this in the past couple years and both times they told him he needs a new SIM card and charge him for it. But $45 is ridiculous. The last boost mobile we went to was half that price."

"I will not take the below rave about Katrina away she deserves the 5 star review, but I do have to change my review due to store saying they are open online (even customer service from boost said this is the closest store to you) and store not being open, and to top it off Google said store hours updated 4 days ago. Very disappointing and the last time I went in the employee working was just not helpful, could tell she did not want to be there. Karina is awesome. Got a great deal. She was so helpful their were some issues getting a phone added to my account but she did everything to help.she was great if you go to this location ask for Karina. As we were waiting she even played baby shark for my son. Best customer service ever!"
