"I came here at 6:30 last night with my sister traveling from Las Vegas.The website says they close at 7 on Sundays . We were greeted by a rude and aggressive young woman yelling “We’re closed”. I asked why she said “Because we are and you need to leave the store mam”. I’m so disgusted and reading all the other similar experiences I’m not surprised at all . Do NOT waste your time and do not give these ppl your business ."

"Very rude not helpful just horrible staff This one AA Guy sat and read a book the whole Time I was asking for help.. Im disabled and I had my teen daughter their shopping for her Bday.. I asked could I please have a chair .. The AA guy stated we dont have any .. I replyed well you where sitting .. yea I was but its broken .. At this point I gave my teen my CC and left to find a place to sit because Like I said im disabled . All the stores I normally shop at have chairs and can accommodate me. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the person have more manners and could’ve said look ma’am I’m sorry you know blah blah blah. He represented American one very horrible. In my opinion no smile no welcome It was just horrible. I won’t be going back."

"I had the same experience as Bethany, I tried to go shopping here yesterday (6/10/23) around 7pm when they close at 8pm. They turned us away at the door saying “they’re closing early”. It was annoying because I have a lot to shop for for my upcoming Miami trip. I will try to go in earlier today, hopefully they won’t close early again. They should really honor their business hours, if not, at least update them to be accurate. I live across the street so can easily come back today but there’s people that travel long distances only to find out they closed early."

"This stores star gives less than zero cares about their customers or the stores sales. They are NEVER open anywhere near their closing hours. I’ve come at 6:15-7:30 on weekday and weekend nights. The second you walk through “sorry we’re closed” they care more about getting off and going out to get drunk or party (based on their work attire and attitudes) than than they do their job. If I owned this business, I’d do what I’ve done with other stores, fired everyone who doesn’t shape up and meet protocol and policy, restaff and watch the profits grow. The whole evening staff needs to go."
