"Such a cute store, with really cute clothes and affordable prices. I wasn't aware of this brand until I moved to Northern California, and it's apparently a really well known higher end brand. Lucky me, the outlet store is about 5 minutes away from where I am currently living. I've frequented this shop a few times to feel comfortable writing a more accurate review. I think this shop is a definite find, while they're limited on sizes, they're clothes are cute, fashionable, trendy, and comfortable. In fact, from what I recall the prices are significantly less than what you would pay in a regular department store. Deal! I've had the opportunity to attend a spring fashion show here, and while I think there is potential to have a larger event than what I attended, the event was fun as we were able to see the new spring line! I've always had great customer service at the outlet, Jeannie and Wendy have both been friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable in what is in store, even if you describe an item you saw in the spring show or on the website, they're really familiar with the product line. Another cool tidbit, is they're also stylists so helping to put together outfits for you is a breeze. It's fun. I'm lucky to be in close proximity to this outlet. On top of their already affordable clothing, they have a lot of sales or promos throughout the week. And they get new inventory or replacement inventory all the time, another plus! You just have to keep checking or calling them if there's a specific item you want and they don't currently have your size. Or better yet, sign up for their e-newsletter so you don't miss out on their promos/specials. The Tart Outlet is located within a couple of blocks from the downtown Concord area, parking can be a bit tedious, but it's not unbearable if you're willing to be a bit patient, or park a little further and get some walking in. :)"
