"As soon as I walked into this establishment I was met with such great service. I felt like I was welcomed into a house of love and care. When I walked up to the register to order Alex took my order. He was so charming he made me laugh and feel like he was my friend. A friend I could trust. I ordered my drink (a small latte) and the barista took such time and care. He was a true artist. The baristas name was Ian and he was so charming. As he was making my drink we chatted and had a conversation. Service like that you can’t find anywhere else. And then the manager came out her name was Valarie. The lady looked like she enjoyed her job and that really made my heart warm. Not often do I write reviews but going to this place was truly an experience. I highly recommend people came and visit this place changed my view on Starbucks forever."

"I always went their 2 times a day today I went at 12 pm ordered my coffee it was very hot started to drink in my car the cup was broken because it was very hot coffee dropped in my clothes and the car seat back to the manager I said please be sure before give the customer the order and you should put the in 2 cups even it’s very hot my clothes and car seat became very bad he didn’t say any thing I left the coffee at counter didn’t get my refund and I will never go back also this the second time I faced this problem but first time I was very friendly I didn’t do anything Thanks"

"Everyone is usually so friendly here but today about an hour ago like, 2:30p the girl cashier was not acknowledging I was there until I said hi to her. I remember her asking if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes. She tossed my change at me and when my drink came out I asked if she can add whipped cream, she snapped back at me telling me I said no whipped cream. She didn't have to give me an attitude. It only takes one bad experience to make sure your customer doesn't come back."
