"Not today guys.. Is this the Starbucks down the way from Vons and not inside of Vons? If so, you really need to work on your customer service skills and next time try not to forget to PREPARE my order in a TIMELY fashion without FORGETTING that I EVEN placed an ORDER in the first place.. I had to wonder WHY I was still left standing there WAITING for my ORDER to come out when customers who had come in the place after me.. had already picked up their order and left. Yes, so why am I STILL STANDING HERE WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO COME UP? So I go back to the person who took my order and he says "Sorry, I missed that one.. " And that was it. : l I'm so very glad that I did not lose my cool in that place TODAY.. It would have been very NICE to see A LITTLE BIT of KINDNESS & CONCERN for your mistake. But I don't think so..not today. SO all I can say is really, please.. TRY to work on your CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS a bit more.. It will make the CUSTOMER FEEL A LITTLE BETTER when something like this happens.. AND.. It would make a 'world' of difference TO BE KIND and COURTEOUS AT ALL TIMES! Show some CONCERN when problems happen.. That's how I would want to run my BUSINESS! Otherwise, this place is pretty FAB = 1 Star"
