My family and I drove from Northern California to UCLA for a softball camp and the serpentine belt on our vehicle was damaged. All locations were out of this part but the workers at this store location helped get the part delivered to this store location. We were able to get the belt swapped out and made it home safely. "If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Fantastic customer service. I went in to get a new headlights for my old 2008 Saturn. They install them free! It was extremely difficult to get apart to get to both the headlights to insert the bulb but Richard the Store Manager was up to the task. We both worked hard together and he never gave up. We succeeded after over half an hour but I was so very grateful that he was willing to do this! What a wonderful human being! Thank you Richard, I see why you are the Manager, you go over and above to get the job done!"
