"Well I can tell you, Adrian always makes me feel better … there’ good but they like to test me …. I’ve been going there for years now … the mg is cool … but there are some that are really bitter , they try to pist me off .. that’s not cool because , because after the Covid the world is cruel …. I’m just getting my coffee to start my day …. And we all have problems I don’t need any negativity early in the morning? Today Adrian gave me my drink with my cream without any attitude, positive and ready to serve with great customer"

"On the app I ordered pick up and I got there a little late and asked about my order. It wasn’t ready for 15 after the predicted pick up time. I would understand if it was a rush but there wasn’t a line in the drive or on the counter. It was a simple order one drink and a breakfast sandwich. When I got the drink (paradise drink) it came out white???? And they didn’t have the sandwich in stock either which is fine but the thing is they only had one sandwich across the menu so I asked if they would just refund it but it’s a couple days later and nothing has happened and I don’t have the energy to call over a $5 sandwich. Overall just a miserable experience.:("

"They couldn't even fill my drink all the way up. I got a Grande Mango Dragonfruit with no lemonade and I asked for no ice. When I got my drink, it wasn't even filled up all the way. The girl making my drink was new because the manager was guiding her on how to make the drink and they were following the exact measurements on their measure cup. If someone get a drink with no ice, just factor that in so they will get a fully filled cup. I didn't even want to argue with them about this so I just left with my 3/4 fill drink. But they lost a customer here cause I don't plan on coming back to this location. The other Starbucks location would fill it all the way like the ones in Target or Vons."

"This Starbucks has great parking. It does get busy as it is in a college town. I like that it caters to students as there are a lot of places to sit inside and good outdoor patio seating. Great for social gatherings or if you just want to study. Some of the seats have power sources to charge a laptop or cellphone."
