"Well, another great experience at IHOP. They certainly are my favorite place especially when I am on the road with my family. This particular one was incredibly beautiful inside and out parking easy friendly faces. The food was excellent. It was just another great experience thank you IHOP, handicap parking and access. Definitely done correctly. Plenty of parking easy in and easy out as well as seating. loyal customer see you on the next trip!"

"We went to the Oxnard IHOP around 10 am. Javier was our waiter. It was a wonderful experience. Javier was so friendly and welcoming to everyone in our party, including to my toddlers wanting to order for themselves. He was on point, checked us throughout the time there, and never let our drinks get low, very good at his job. The building was very clean, the bathrooms were clean, the building glass was clean of handprint, and the parking lot was clean. We were traveling from Florida, and we were the only caucasian the building (not an issue for us). We WONDERED if we would feel unwanted. NOTHING could be further from the truth! The entire staff was amazing, welcoming, and friendly. When I'm back in the area, i will return"

"Is it just me or was IHOP better in the past? Maybe it's nostalgia, maybe it just wasn't 3am on a Thursday with the band / theater kids but let's be honest. . . For some reason it's not what it used to be. . . The Waffles used to be crisp on the outside and light on the inside. . .now the distinction is just the fact that you have a pitfall for the Titanic sphere of butter you will inevitably be using half of. . . I was not impressed. . .good memes though"
