"Poor service with returns due to a restrictive and unreasonable return policy, even they have no power to resolve the issues There is a skinny girl who says she is the manager and is trying to convince me to wear a large jacket instead of accepting the return. It is clear from the comments that many have had this bad experience with these people."

"I would love to rate this store a 5 stars because they do have a great, awesome , and nice person which is the store manager “Marcos” Thanks for helping out Marcos , But unfortunately !!!!they do have 3 rude disrespectful people in the store a 2 girls and a guy ( they all identify themselves as a manager) which is annoying because they are not helpful and don’t respect customers . I would change this review to a 5 stars rating if you remove at least one of the disrespectful managers out there the 2 skinny girls and the other guy manager . Any information about what happened **( if you’re an area manager or a regional manager)**you could ask the gentleman Marco or send me an email"
