"Sergio the ‘manager’ definitely doesn’t act like a manager. Received defective jeans and he would not accept the return because he cannot resell them-well I hope you wouldn’t resell defective items. I still can’t believe the nonsense. What kind of manager pushes down customers away from returning defective items? Customer service and returning customers is more important than your policy that you’re upholding on defective items."
"They do deserve 5 stars for the online portion. The store is really full. It makes it hard to find things. I imagine it is the shoppers disrespect that causes the store to look so messy. However the staff are always super friendly. Manager Sergio was so helpful with the items I was unable to find or were out of stock."
