"Super amazing customer services. Everyone goes above and beyond to assist you. Love to go there all the time!"
"Great customer service! They sell everything! This is THE place to shop for big and tall men’s clothing at a truly affordable price! Higher end Ross and DD’s for sure!!"
"I love this place and always find something I need from here , environment no. Customer service is okay. Not organized. A lot of theft open boxes on shelves ECT.... But good merchandise like houseware, clothes."
"Somehow Marshall's, Ross and here all offer the same stuff and mostly dirty stores but the prices vary at all 3. Elevator was gross and clearly where everyone goes to steal. Not enough shopping carts. I don't go often."
"Working here for half a year I can honestly say Burlington does not care about their employees or the stores. It was never disclosed to me that I would never qualify for a full time position unless someone left of there was somehow an opening from the beginning. The first two weeks I had no hours whatsoever. Then the gave me 10 hours a week until I begged for more hours. They stress out their managers by barely giving them hours for the employees at the same time the stores remain trashed all the time especially at holidays. Customers stop coming after complaining about how overwhelming the store are to them on how messy they are. We constantly have theft because there’s barely anyone on the floor due to how many employees are on the floor working. They keep hiring people when they barely offer hours to begin with Security is a waste of money because they cant even do anything if there’s a theft due to the laws and most of them are on their phones not even caring what’s going on in the store. I’ve had Customers find security sensors in all kinds of merchandise from thieves taking them off and making off with the merchandise. Employees only get a small percentage off of merchandise. Slap in the face. The pay is very poor even if you have long term experience. There’s no training because the managers are running around doing everything they can to get things done even backing up on register. The on line classes they offer is mostly about laws and regulations. They just made a ton of money over the holidays yet they have cut employees hours down to 8-9 hours a week because they are trying to save money!?!? Yet they keep opening up stores. They have ridiculous regulations for employees within the store but they abuse they’re employees with all these things I’ve mentioned on the daily. I’m sick of it!!!! This is the worst organization led by people who have no clue on the abuse the employees have to deal with everyday. And if you’re wondering why I haven’t left yet is that I actually like the product Burlington offers and I like retail and I will not be pushed out of my job. If there was a change in leadership the store could actually do so much better in many ways. I expect things to change and this is where I’m starting with a review to the public because an employer should not preform in this manner. This is abusive. Some things need to change."
