"Elderly female security guard with garrish makeup kept following my daughter and I around the store immediately after we entered the store. They treat every customer like a criminal and then wonder why nobody comes to Sunrise anymore."

"I’m one of the few that say they still enjoy the sunrise mall. I like front row parking, having the place basically to yourself and the few stores they have left offer exactly what I’m there for. Shoes, perfume, make up and accessories like purses and sunglasses. However I’ve been to Macys twice this week and when I went shopping for a purse I had 2 “sales” people hovering over me pretending to be “looking for themselves” and I could hear them on their walkies assessing me as a shopper and relaying what I was doing. They really only had Michael Kors (not my favorite)and referred to everything else as “off brands” but first suggested the clearance rack for me. I decided to just leave because if I’m going to spend money I prefer a pleasant shopping experience. So I tried shopping for perfume on the way out and all the sample bottles were empty and I was passed off twice to different sales people within 5 minutes, none of which knew where anything was. So again I left."

"I absolutely cannot stand it anytime I go into this store. The employees there all lack customer service skills to the point where their interactions with you seem disrespectful. I think the only time I actually get eye contact is when someone is looking at me suspiciously, which I honestly figured would have ended after the 5th or 6th time I shopped there. No issues with the merch or the presentation of the store- but the staff makes it an unpleasant experience each time"

"Very helpful customer service! The employees were so nice. The only negative is there are 2 different Macy's in the mall. One with women's clothing, makeup, purses etc. The other store has men's clothing and home goods. So dumb!! The 2 stores are all the way across the mall from each other. Just combine the 2 and make it easier on everyone please!"

"Macy's is my go-to shopping experience for the best possible quality home goods and clothing. Lots of designer clothing available and always has great sales. The cropped top is actually olive green. It was originally $49 and I got it for $4.96! The shirt is a very expensive, usually $89.50 top from Lucky Brand, I got it for $33.75, which is what it's worth."
