"This is a fresh out the establishment review. I drove by here many times, and was eager to go in to get me some shape wear after losing 12 lbs. Please notate when I walked in, I was in a really good mood and smiled at the first face I saw. When I walked in, I was greeted with judgemental looks by whomever was in there. I was legitimately sized up. There was two ladies talking when I walked in, but the woman who serviced me talked to me in a very condescending tone. I told her I wanted to try on some stuff and she just stared at me. I pointed at the stuff on the wall and asked if I could go over and look at the items. She shook her head no. I looked at her and asked, “well I really want to buy some shape wear, how do I go about that?” She made it clear she didn’t want me in there. She was very rude in all of her responses, but ultimately it resulted in me feeling really uneasy and not good about myself and I decided to just turn around and leave because the interaction gave me the impression she really didn’t want me as a customer. I wish I was lying when I say I’ve never felt so horrible after a interaction. Her english was well, but maybe she only preferred Spanish speaking clients? Or maybe because my hair was pulled up in a sloppy ponytail? Either way I’m curious why a business so low on foot traffic is open if their customer service is so bad. And from what I see, they only have reviews on here from a year ago which makes me believe they had friends and family put dishonest ratings on this establishment. I’m absolutely shocked and offended by my experience. I was really excited to get shape wear and judging by it being a small boutique I thought I was going to have a good experience. Really disappointed in that not being the case."
