This crate & Barrel branch is great because its location is great especially in the Christmas time where the store decorations are beautiful and also a part of the Santa Row decoration."

"Paid hundreds of dollars for a faulty item that CB has been promising to send a replacement for for over 6 months and keeps ghosting me. Told me they’d send it in July, never responded again. Then after I chased it they told me they’d finally deliver it today in December so I arranged my whole day around being at the house then they no showed. Scam levels of customer service from them, I would not buy from them again."

"Rude and unprofessional staff. It used to be a good idea to buy in store because you had a point of contact to work with in the event you had delivery issues such as damage. The times seem to have changed, and you actually get better service through the call center. The employees at this location were extremely unhelpful when two lamps purchased in store to be delivered at home arrived completely damaged. The responsibility became ours to purchase a new box to ship back the items (the original boxes were destroyed) or to drive 8 hours to return the lamps in store. Obviously we chose to purchase new boxes… I would not recommend doing business with this location."
