"I purchased a really nice sweater on Saturday, November 25th. I first wore the sweater on Saturday, December 9th, and noticed there was a hole at the top of the back of the sweater. On Monday, December 11th, I took the sweater back requesting an exchange for a new one. I was told there are ten days to return an item. I explained that I am not returning, I want to exchange for another, because it was damaged. They basically told me, too bad, it has been longer than ten days. I am a repeat customer and feel that this is a terrible way to treat your customers. I brought it back the first business day the shop was open, after I found the damage. Also, the phone does not work, so I was not able to speak to anyone before driving a long distance to Lakeside to request the exchange, which is very frustrating. I will not be returning to this business. So disappointed."
