They’re eager to help; if you’re in the fitting room and need another size they’ll run it over to you. I have a very pleasant experience every time I come in and have enjoyed getting to know the staff."

"the first time I came here, I was profiled by one of the managers. She was really rude, and unhelpful. After I told her I was just looking, she kept following me and talking in her little microphone to the other worker, saying to keep an eye on me. That’s the first time that’s ever happened to me. I came again by myself and everyone was super friendly, and a different manager helped me with trying on bras. She was extremely helpful. This experience was pleasant and I bought a lot of things. The third time I came, I was with my aunt and my cousin, again, we were just looking, and one of the workers kept following us around. She was being really weird with us, and as we were about to check out, they told us their systems were down and were only accepting cash. Why didn’t they just tell us that when they saw us come in? We didn’t have any cash, so we put everything back, and we started towards the door so we can leave. The same employee continued to follow us out of the store and stood outside the door. If you were going to judge your customers, at least be more discreet about it. Out of all the Lane Bryant’s I’ve been to, this is the absolute worst one with customer service. I’d rather shop online if this is how it’s going to be."
