Macy's Backstage

"Let me first say this Backstage is very well stocked, and every time I visit I find excellent bargains! Here is the only one caveat: The check out takes FOREVER! EVERY time I visit this Macys Backstage-and I am not exaggerating, every time, it is a super loooong wait in the check out line. Other than this, it’s a five-star store!"

"Loved this Macy's. It's in the upper level of the store and gas the big sign that says Macy's backstage. Good things there to find. I liked the shoe section. It was mostly discontinued shoes but still worth to buy it. Everything was brand new with different sizes available. Parking was easy as the plaza offers plenty of parkings. I recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. Good job Macy's"

"Purchased some shoes online, returned them & upon returning them the rep checked underneath the bottom of the shoes to see if I had worn them. Should I say they were in the box unopened. Now I know that most retailers do that & I wouldn't have had a problem if for not prior to helping me, she returned someone else's shoes & didn't check them. I looked @ my friend & said "did you see that?", I then took out my Macy's credit card & said to the Rep, the next time I receive bias treatment you can have your credit card back. She didn't offer an apology, a fake smile & shoulder shrug. Macy's maybe your employees need a bias training like Starbucks, imjs."

"I honestly am super proud of Macy's for busting this out. Kudos. Macy's is still working out it's kinks it seems. Kids stuff is great! Loads of toys and great brand names like Juicy Couture, Butter Soft, Canada Goose. It's still not as good as The Rack. They are working on getting there though."
