"This store is convenient to go to since it is very close to were I live. I shop here all the time and always find something to buy. I've never had any bad experience until today. There was a supervisor/or manager whom I've never seen before was watching every single move at the register while the cashier was ringing up my items for layaway. I have never ever had any problems at the three locations that I go to with any of the items I put on layaway. She (supervisor/manager) took it upon herself to change the rules and made the associate re-ring the items that were non toiletries. I have been able to do this for more than six months and have the receipts to prove it. She did not want to look at my receipts as proof. She blamed it on the employees whom are new and didn't know what they were doing. I will definitely travel to the other locations if this is how I am going to be treated as a loyal customer."
"This store has gone downhill rapidly over the past couple of years. It is dirty and completely unorganized. I also waited more than 20 minutes for someone to come to the fitting rooms, but they never came. They also never have enough cashiers. Shop somewhere else. You'll be glad you did. I will never set foot in this store again."
