Given they were $70 and hadn't lasted one day walking around at home, I went to return them (not too high of an expectation right?). There was no equivalent item to exchange in my size unfortunately. Asked for a refund, no go. Receipt in hand, literally 1 day old, can't return faulty product for a refund. "Best" they could do was a gift card to billabong and suggested searching for / ordering the item on their website. Billabong doesn't accept gift card payment on their website. Not worth the hassle. Item I wanted faulty, no replacement, no refund, now sitting on a garbage gift card with limited use."
