"It was my 1st time in a lululemon in general and I had a good experience. All the staff were very helpful and nice. I really like their products and they’re very flattering on my figure. Honestly one of the best customer service I’ve received at a retail store. They also offer free hemming which was helpful since I’m 5 feet tall and their pants are meant for 5’5-5’7."

"I went into Lululemon today in search of some clothing to help me get through my pregnancy and still feel confident in my body & the best worker helped me out! Her name was Haley and if it weren’t for her I would have left empty handed due to not having any luck shopping for myself. She helped me find exactly what I needed to feel comfortable and beautiful!"

"I encountered a cashier with an unfriendly attitude, and she had a sour expression throughout the interaction. She seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. I’m not sure if it’s Lululemon’s intention to create a sense of arrogance or if it’s an issue with the individual cashier. Additionally, the online customer service I received was also the worst I’ve ever encountered. Overall, my shopping experience at Lululemon, both in-store and online, was very poor. In the future, I’ll choose to spend my money with brands that understand the significance of respecting their customers."

"I love the clothes so comfortable. Expensive but worth it. All customer service staff is great except for one girl. I cannot remember her name but while I was trying on pants and asked for a smaller size her response was “really? You don’t want it too tight.” I felt so uncomfortable asking for an even smaller size again, so I just returned at a different date and realized I’m actually a 10 there, not the 14 that she was trying to put me in and question me on. She could use a little training on non petite bodies. I’m only a 10/12 US sizing and I can’t imagine how she would treat someone if they were larger."

"Loved this store!! My daughter was given a couple pairs of leggings for Christmas we needed to exchange (size and fit a problem), and I wasn't sure how it would go. Paul helped us find exactly what would work, and also had a another employee (similar size and build as my daughter) check to make sure the fit was right. I was a little intimidated walking in, since we had never shopped there before, but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I ended up buying a pair for myself because it was such a great experience. We will definitely be shopping here again."
