"The manager at fashion valley Tory Burch said that I could not return my ring because I neglected to take care of my jewelry I mean this is Tory Burch we’re not talking about Walmart or Costco here! their return policy is ridiculous! they need to do some type of observation of the item in order for them to even try to fix it or return but if it’s obviously more than 30 days they won’t do it! Ladies stay clear from the jewelry they also say that it’s 18 karat plated but he just told me that it’s not one of the associates was wrong."
