"I was trying on a variety of clothes and the man working the dressing room was absolutely amazing. (His name might've been Octavian but I'm horrible with names). He helped me build a whole outfit. I ended up buying way more than I originally came here for, but it made such a great outfit I can't complain. I would've never mixed and matched those pieces of clothing together on my own. I used to use a personal stylist at the Macys in UTC, but she recently retired, I wish I could hire this man to shop with me everywhere he was so helpful."

"Good selection of clothes but I feel like the price has gone up over the years so I rarely come here anymore. One pair of slacks was 50 dollars."

"I went into the store about 2 weeks ago to purchase a pair of jeans. I went into the dressing room to try on the clothes and noticed I needed different size. No one was working the dressing room so I left out for all of 60 secs to get a new size and upon return MY clothes were gone. When I asked the salesperson who suddenly appeared where my clothes were he proceeded to say they were in the back. When he went to retrieve them they had thrown MY clothes in the garbage. The only thing I was told was next time make sure the dressing room door is closed. The other clerk went and grabbed MY clothes out of the dumpster and gave them to me. I was disgusted and will no longer be shopping at Old Navy"

"Ten months ago, my mom gave me some shirts without a receipt that didn't fit. When I returned them, the store's system was having an error so I tried to return them a few times and then my girlfriend was eventually able to return them. Today she tried to return something and was denied because of "duplicate returns" ten months ago. If you return something, you can be suspended for returning for a year without warning. There is no one at the store who can override this policy. This is extremely unhelpful and shows a lack of respect and customer focus. Old Navy has outsourced this policy so that there is *no one* responsible. They all can say "it's just the policy." This is the opposite of how successful stores like Amazon are being run. I won't be back."

"Great shopping experience due to the help of employee Katya. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and all done with a positive outlook and a smile on her face. A rare find in this busy time of year. I will definitely be back."
