"I visited this boutique while searching for a dress for a friend’s daughter. We had driven to several locations and other dress boutiques were overpriced. At the end of our search we decided to stop at Elegant designs and wow!!! What a difference in price & customer service!!! The owner was very friendly and patient with us, he took his time showing us all of our options until she fell in love with one dress. We left the boutique super happy. After that experience it was my daughter’s turn her High School year dances started and we went on a journey trying to find her a dress I decided to stop by this boutique after she was done visiting all the stores she had in mind. To her surprise she found the perfect dress and was also very happy. Not only are the quality of dresses amazing but there is so much to choose from at the most reasonable prices! Our experience here has been one of the best!!!! The owner gives you the most pleasant experience while you’re there and you will most definitely not regret visiting this cute boutique. Look no further! Don’t waste your time and money. This is the place to find any dress for your special occasion. Love this place♥️ And for the girls not wanting to wear the same dress as others for prom or other dances this place takes the name of the school down and promises not to sale same exact design to anyone in that school. "I came to get a dress for my senior prom and I could not be happier with what I got! The manager was not only nice and friendly, but also super knowledgeable about what styles/colors are trending. He would make sure each dress I tried on fit to my liking by immediately pinning any loose straps and fabric right away, and he was very helpful in finding the dresses I wanted from the magazines he has. It’s amazing how they don’t require an appointment to be made because, from the way he styled me as well as other customers that were there, he made the whole experience feel really customized! I was also pleased with the range of styles — all the dresses that I had seen from online stores on google were there because apparently this store stocks them? The only downside I guess is that if the dress you chose was one on display, you are technically paying full price for a pseudo-used one. Since many other customers had tried on the dress I chose, I could see little signs of wear and tear on the mesh part of the corset. (the buttons at the back were also very worn down, and he said he would replace them with a stronger fish and hook tightening agent, but that also came at extra cost) The dress I picked was marked for tailoring, and I have full faith he will do an excellent job :) I hope this helped at least a little — again, high praise for customer service and care; I definitely had a very positive experience!"

"Took my wedding dress here for alterations!! My dress was a ordered two sizes too big by the shop I bought it from to fit my body which is shaped like a cello. Before finding Elegant Designs I had taken it to another highly rated alterations place in San Diego. They told to reconstruct the dress and keep details of the design was “too difficult” of a job. They turned me away and suggested I take my dress back for a size smaller to try and squeeze into. On the other hand, Hasib the owner of elegant designs is an absolute angel - he did a fantastic job and at a very honest price. Thank you Hasib!!!"
