"Splendid is a charming shop in the UTC shopping mall. As one would expect, the selections are a bit pricey but there is a nice variety of casual selections. More significantly, the two sales people, Hanna and Morgan, were sensational. They were so kind and helpful to my girlfriend. Working in a very low pressure way, they worked with her to select an appropriate dress for her figure and shoes. Hanna and Morgan treated my girlfriend with such grace that it brightened our day and left smiles on our faces. Well done to Hanna and Morgan for a wonderful shopping experience."

"Fantastic boutique casual wear for women. Only physical location down south for hundreds of miles. If you like extremely well made, well cut casual wear using just absolutely perfect and occasionally unusual but inspired materials then you have to check out Splendid. Everything is understated but classy. I jokingly referred to it as the Pinnacle of San Diego Affluent Hobo Couture, but that's actually a pretty apt description. My SO adores their stuff and their Egyptian waffle knit tops and bottoms are like bum jammies you can wear out in La Jolla and still get jelly side eye from passerby. So check it out. Their online catalog is fine but you need to FEEL the pieces to get why they are so great."
