"I had the best shopping experience with Kaitlyn and Elisa. I had a small hiccup with Lane Bryant credit and rewards system (over the phone) and I went into the store with anticipation of having similar disappointments. However they were more than helpful and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately not all stores cater to my chest size in most cases I do not have a choice but to deal with Lane Bryant. Again, I appreciate you both and now my faith has been restored, I will definitely return."

"I have never felt so unwelcome into a store. There was a lady behind the register (I'm assuming the store manager) who clearly saw me; didn't greet or acknowledge me in any way. I browsed for about 15 minutes, collected a large armful of items and had to ask if I could set it down. I walked up to the woman (still at the register) and she pointed to a small cart by the counter and she said "yeah, you can put it right there". She never offered me a dressing room, asked if I needed help, what brought me in, etc. There was another lady working who I walked by several times before she said hello. I tried my items on, walked out empty handed and to no surprise, didn't get a goodbye. I'll never return."

"The store claims that they will provide a price match but they will not! In my past experiences Black Friday was always the best deals even though there is a Cyber Monday. However, this year was different. On Black Friday the online deal was 30% off and on Cyber Monday it was 50% off. I purchased items on Friday and once i saw how discounted Monday was i wrote to customer service requesting a Price Match. They refused to price match me. So i will be Returning all the items i bought from Black Friday and never shopping there again."
