"I gave five stars because I really do love this store. Huge selection, very inclusive. I have been shopping here 10 years and always have a good experience. But I am writing this because I went in today and was treated so poorly. My cashier was Jada. When I came up to the counter she was just not very nice. No “hello”, no “did you find everything okay”. Kind of a mean expression on her face. I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I was asking some questions about the cards forever 21 is offering. She was very bothered to have to explain this to me and when I had follow up questions, she looked at her coworker and started laughing and smirking at me. I asked her why she was doing that. She proceeded to lie and say that she was checking with her coworker to confirm the answer to my question. She did not say a single word to her coworker, only laughing. Lied to my face, no apology. Seemed to find it even funnier that I was wondering why she was doing this. It was disgusting to me and I have no idea what the issue was. Should not be in customer service at all. I actually left crying."

"I always have a pretty good experience here overall, the staff are very friendly and it's always clean. I never have trouble getting a fitting room. My only complaint is that I wish they didn't put plus sizes and sale items on the bottom floor (maybe this was a temporary thing idk). Also the plus section never gets updated, it's always the same stuff for every season, and that's a problem with the company not this store specifically."

"i went to forever 21 today and had a terrible experience. the workers are all teenage girls like myself, but they were extremely rude and had terrible work ethic. i had to wait in the changing room for about 20 minutes waiting for the girl to take of my security tags to try on the clothes. when i took clothes on and off hangers, the hangers were absolutely disgusting and and sticky. they had dirt and dust stuck to them. it left residue on my clothes and hands. getting to the line, they were talking and on their phones not paying attention to customers and took they’re sweet time which caused a huge line. they then took forever to scan my items and were very rude and started talking bad about me and others in another language. this place is gross and the customer service sucks."
