"We've been going in for a few years. This year felt off. There was a new employee basically following my daughter and I around the store. It was odd. Considering we had only a purse and had came in the day before and bought things. There were several other people in the store with backpacks. Strollers.... yet we were the only ones she seem to follow and she never even said hello or if she could help us find anything. We love the shop. I didn't tell my daughter, she would be upset and would want to stop going. Hoping your staff sees this and takes a different approach next time. "Went in here today and wanted to purchase a jewelry tray that was on display as a gift. I asked if they had a box and the cashier said no but was happy to wrap it. I told her it was quite dusty. The other store clerk said "um, or you could just dust it" to me. I almost walked out because it was so rude and unprofessional. I will not give this store my business again"

"I was in your shop a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with it. I visit San Diego every year and enjoy visiting Sea Port Village. I am already looking forward to it next year just so I can visit your shop and see all of the new accessories. I also wanted to take the time to mention the two young ladies that assisted me.
