"Yikes— this used to be an enjoyable place to shop but maybe they’ve changed their pay structure because it’s screaming ‘commission’ after this last visit. The girl who helped me was cool but then pretended to care about my purchases as I was leaving the fitting room but it was completely disingenuous (no eye contact, ‘ok, yep, ok’ to everything I said… even though she asked). Then, I got to the counter and the manager insisted that I come up to the counter before there was anyone available to help me so I could be up there next to her while she folded my clothes. It was super awkward and I could have given the girl who was actually paying for her stuff her space and just stayed in line. It felt like I was on an assembly line the way they were putting me places. Then, the gal who checked me out had an attitude when I wanted to order something online but they didn’t have the color available. I think she thought I would just pick another color so she’d still get a sale? I’m not sure but she did not want her time wasted. I’m annoyed about the whole experience— people on the sales floor even nudged me out of the way to carry stuff around and do their put backs… like, I’m the one here to shop and you’re treating me like I’m in the way. I’m going to go back to online shopping and just returning the things that don’t fit to the store cause this was just rouuuggghh. Oh, lastly, there are not mirrors in most of the rooms anymore so I had to model my sports bras for the crowd to make a decision. I’m not even shy but who the heck wants to do that?"

"The store is alright. The lack of mirrors is extremely disappointing and the prices are quite high. Other than that the quality seems to be nice and the employees are fairly helpful."

"Never been to an Aritzia prior to yesterday, so i was very lost. I was standing waiting for two sales associates but they were super busy talking. I interrupted them and ask if one of them could help me. I asked where i could find pleatted skirts; one girl just walked off so i followed. She took me to the back corner of the store and pointed out, "here"; to only 15 random colored skirts. I asked if she knew if they had a size 12 and she answered "we might just have one in this entire store". She turned around, started typing in a computer, i stupidly assumed she was checking inventory, then she walked away back to the front of the store and continued talking and laughing to another coworked. I just stood there in disbelief. Was she expecting me to search the entire store for one skirt? Of course i wasnt going to do her job for her and i left, but passed her on my way out. She said nothing. (Blonde girl with baseball hat) no wonder why they are losing commision to online shopping"

"My first time in an Aritzia and it was so overwhelming I left without buying anything. I understand they work on commission but I had two associates hounding me every second out on the floor and inside the dressing rooms. I could barely hear myself think and there are no mirrors in the dressing rooms so you are forced to walk out in front of everyone and share a couple mirrors. I didn’t even get to see myself in some outfits because it was so busy and the associates were buzzing around me one step out of the changing room with suggestions, 10 more pieces of clothing, and fake compliments on stuff that clearly didn’t fit right. I told them I wore M tops and they brought me S and XS and assured me they would fit. Well they didn’t. They gave me pants that didn’t fit and they talked over me about how great they looked, oh they look so great, oh wow those are so great on you, want me to take them to the register? They didn’t even hear me when I said they didn’t fit! I had almost $600 worth of clothes I would have bought but walked out. Horrible experience. And be sure to check what fabrics are used in really expensive pieces… chances are it’s just polyester!!"

"Insane store , my wife bought an item and their stuff have not disclosed the return policy. We have tried to return an item. The lady at the register stated that she is the manager , would not disclose her name neither her title. Would definitely not shop at this stupid store with incompetent stuff. Edit: Have called the corporate and was on the phone for over an hour. Was provided with best customer service ever. They found her name and disclosed it. Filed complaint regarding the store manager Paige for being incompetent in her job, training the stores stuff and just luck of being somewhat of decent human. Got my refund shortly after the corporate emailed the store with not so smart manager. Good luck selling any item with the store reviews going down and stuff being bunch of teenagers with manager titles with not even a clue what a manager is!!!"
