"Horrible experience with a cashier, I bought my items and I want to do a return never shopped her before she rolls her eyes, at me and said I can give you store credit. I said explain to me your store policy, She again rolled her eyes, moving her neck like Trying to make a statement, I said I would like to speak to your manager. You’re very rude at this point I’m tired of you rolling your eyes at me and being very short She stomped away and says sure the manager Jen comes out. I explained to her my situation. She apologizes, and was very understanding I want to say thank you very much for your help and understanding but you really need to coach your team member On how to communicate to customers. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t be there."

"Horrible experience at this place. Before purchasing my items I asked the cashier if I was able to return the items in case I didn’t use them. She stated no returns but she could do store credit or exchange before the 14 days. When I walked in today the “assistant manager” immediately turned me down. She said the pants were final sale and body suits can’t be returned. I let her know the cashier who helped me out assured me I could exchange the stuff (obviously not used) and she kept insisting that her employee would never say that because it’s store policy. My issue here is her employee DID tell me I could exchange it for store credit, and failed to mentioned the pants and bodysuit were “final sale”. The pants didn’t have a tag to begin with so she rang them up as $8 and again before purchasing the items I asked her for the third time if it would be an issue returning the bottoms with no tag and body suit, she said “no they’ll know the pants are $8” The store manager was present while the assistant manager was telling me she can’t do anything about it. Didn’t bother to help just walked away. The employees are clearly not on the same page and need training. One employee can’t give false information while the other “enforce” policy. Had I known this would be an issue I wouldn’t have made the purchase at all."

"Been in this store for 2 hours due to lack of staffing. 1 employee on shift on a saturday at 3pm. Get it together Charlotte Russe. I watched various people walk out due to being unable to pay in time or get into a fitting room. The line was chattering with complaints. Its a weekend at a mall by the beach and you have 1 employee? Come on."

"Brung my daughters here so they could shop with there Christmas money. My daughter got a shirt or two and the total was 16.17. My daughter was using cash and the cashier said we must have exact change. So we said ok no problem. My daughter handed the cashier the 16 dollars and was digging through her change purse and only had a quarter. So we gave her 16.25 and said we don’t need the change back. The cashier said it has to be exact. I had a very puzzled look on my face. I tell her I understand but we don’t have exact and we are giving you more then the total cost and don’t won’t the change back. She said it’s there policy and they can’t do that. I told her so you are going to deny a sale because we are paying more then the cost. She said sorry sir that’s our policy. This has to be the dumbest policy I have ever heard of in my life."

"I love Charlotte Russe and was so excited when I saw they were back in the mall. Unfortunately I had the rudest employee attempt to help me when I could tell she wanted nothing to do with being there and took it out on me. She was so rude it was unbelieveable, and I have worked retail for years and usually have apathy but I do not for this girl."
