"Physically a nice store, however our 3 year old needed to use the restroom (like any three year old it’s an emergency) and I asked an associate if they had one. He replied of course, but not for customer use—including a child that was nearing an accident. I don’t blame the employee, I blame a policy that has no flexibility. We brought our business elsewhere. To be honest, we should shop local anyway."
