"Stopped in to get a little air in my bike tire today as I was in the beginning of a long ride and wanted to get enough are in to get me to when I started to lose air and wanted to get a little more tire pressure to get me to the closest bicycle shop. This lady met me at the door way with no words or greetings just staring at me. I asked for a little air. I went around to the other side and was met by a guy who was at the front desk. He said ‘here’s the air, come in here’. I said ‘ok, let me grab the valve adapter from my backpack’. Dude literally threw the air hose down and stormed off as did the lady. I just laughed, hopped on my bike and rode to the next tire shop that gladly helped me out. The most unprofessional experience by these two. If you don’t want to provide air service to cyclist and passerby’s just say that rather than having a tantrum."
