"Saved me when i had a crazy car breakdown in Hayward. The caring, knowledgeable, supportive staff are really outstanding. I am especially thankful to Jesus, who did amazing problem-solving with me over a complex breakdown and helped me find all the right stuff while cheering me up a lot with his friendly & professional manner. Everything worked out perfectly (with lots of stories to tell for sure, lol, but perfectly). The exterior is shady, which is a big plus for an auto parts store. When you walk out of a parts store into bright sun, it can be subtly exhausting, adding to the stress of a broken vehicle. The shade here is appreciated. Selection at all auto parts stores seems to be a bit on the low side right now. That seems to be true everywhere. All in all I rate this location very highly, due to its overall vibe and awesome staff!!! Mahalo!"
