"READ BEFORE GOING Made a $80 deposit for a cover up. My appointment was rescheduled due to the artist being sick. Once my appointment finally arrived I was devastated to find out my money was stolen by a loved one. All the money for the very expensive cover up I needed. I spoke to the shop and told them what happened. It was near Christmas. I called today to see if I could get a single ear piercing with the $80 deposit plus a cash tip. NOPE. They just take your money and say have a nice day. Even with what happened and my original appointment was rescheduled due to their artist...I figured some good cheer could still come out of this. They have no desire to work with you. They're all about the MONEY $$$. No customer service at all."

"I went to get my child a piercing. I'm in a wheelchair. No ramp. An employee was very nice and I had to get out of my chair so he could pick it up and over a lip. I fell. But my child got what she wanted by a very friendly employee. Everyone there seemed to be nice. Just needs to update the building for people like me."
