"My husband and I went there to find a shirt and he helped us find a shirt after he measured my husband's neck. We bought the shirt and then when my husband tried it on, the neck fit but it was too big around the waist. I went to take it back and the guy refused saying that my husband doesn't know his size and if he thinks it's too big he can just tuck it in. I explained numerous times it was WAY to big. He still refused a return or even an exchange. His customer service is awful and I will never return to that store."

"DO NOT GO HERE... I had to go back three times and still got it wrong and left the pants because i have an important even coming up and will not be wearing those pants the jacket was fine cuz they didn't need to touch it. Also the owner gets very defensive. You expect them to be the expert but i suppose you pay for what you get, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra and go to a nice place. I got into a shouting match with him in the store which is very unprofessional obviously he has no understanding of the word customer service or satisfaction as a business owner."
