"As written for my aunt : I went there on Sunday to let them know that the dress that they had supposedly altered was not done at all. The alterations were not done at all and the zipper on the dress had ripped. I asked the owners why they didn't complete the alterations that i had requested. They responded that I should of checked the dress before I left and asked me to leave the store. I do not know what kind of business they are running but I do not recommend this store at all. I have alot of family that come here but they will not be going anymore. The owners are really rude and do not have a clue what customer service is."

"Don't bother going in this store spending any money. I went in this store with my sister and niece and my baby was sleep in a stroller. Some worker told me we couldn't be in the store with our stroller mean while there was another customer in the store with a stroller. We pointed it out to her and she was like oh not big strollers . My stroller is not even big. The lady was racist that's all there is to it . If I could give this store a zero I would"

"Okay selection , more Señora style dresses for sure but the woman that was working there today was so incredibly rude to me and mom. I’d never go back to this store based off of the way she talked to us. We left after 2 minutes because of her attitude."

"As written by my wife: I was at this store today wth my daughter, excited to have found that place, But the (owner) woman, at least she acts like she owns the place. Any how, she was rude, told me that if the bride didn't approve the dresses i was looking at, that i could not try them, then she let me try 3 dresses. My size is usually a size 4-6 in woman's and she gave me XL dresses that were too wide in the hips and breast area and was asking me to show her- then she argued that that was my size" or convince me that was my size. Then she asked me, are you going to buy something today or are you not? so i told her we were looking and if i find the right dress, that I'll buy it- so then she again said, well do you like these dresses? Because i can't show you any more if you are not buying today- It was so upsetting, we just left- the woman is the one with the long brown brassy hair."

"employees are TERRIBLE at what they do. they approach you rudely and ask the most pointless questions instead of giving actual assistance. attitudes are terrible as if they don’t want to sell dresses. I tried to ask if the middle aged woman was the owner but an employee said it was “private information” when i just wanted to address the issue at hand.
