"Tried to return pants that were over the 30 days return policy, tags were still on and I had the return email. I was expecting a gift-card but I was told that I couldn't return the item anymore and the manager took off the tags! How unprofessional!!!!!! I was shocked and just left. Will never go back to this store!"
"Prices now are absolutely ridiculous especially for made in china jeans !!! . You can get the same quality for 20$ ish at marshalls or tj max . Nothing extraordinary and in a similar price braket you can get better higher end brand at macys ( diesel true religion or joe's) which are also way thicker and way better quality . Really gouging on clothing now . The sizes and cut are super akward . Not sure if its due to poor quality control or if they actually cut the clothes differently now . Its a HUGE no for me . Not worth it"
"Came in for a return, ended up being an exchange. The pants were bought on sale, so 2 pairs of returned pants cost just about the same as one regular pair, the cashier saw this and adjusted the price to accommodate. What excellent service! Thoroughly impressed, they did an excellent job."
"There are many sales activities at Abercrombie and Fitch. Which makes the trip to the store worth our time. The store is nice, my favorite pieces of Abercrombie and Fitch are the jean. The Jean quality are excellent, many laundry loads later and still looking good. The fit is also flattering yo any body shape."
