"OVER ADVERTISING Sale First this location not help the customer. Second I purchased a jacket twice, both times during a sale. After placing the first order, I received an email stating that it had been canceled. With the second order, the tracking number indicates that the order is still processing after about 10 days. Upon calling customer service, I experienced a lengthy 45-minute wait, only to be informed to call back after a couple of days for a refund."
